FAQs

Do I have to buy one ticket per child? Because this program is limited to how many children we can help during one session, we do ask you to please purchase individual tickets per child so we have an accurate number of attendees.

Will this be recorded if I am unable to attend? We do not record sessions, and no replays are available. This decision reflects our ethical and legal responsibility to protect the privacy and safety of minors participating in our program.

Refund and Cancellation Policy We do not offer refunds for sessions once booking and payment have been made. This is due to the significant preparation, planning, and limited capacity of our program spaces. We do offer transfers to a future group within 12 months.

How do we publish the book once finished? Because every child may work at different paces, your child's book may not be ready to publish by the end of the holiday program. Guidance for finished edits and the process to self-publish will be offered separately and 1:1 with parents/guardians. Please contact us to book an individual session.
